SALT LAKE CITY - Real Salt Lake will call Jersey's Sports Grill, located at 677 South 200 West in Salt Lake City, its home away from home during the remainder of RSL's road trip this week, as Utah's MLS side will host its official Watch Parties for tonight's contest against D.C. United and Saturday's clash at Toronto FC at the downtown establishment.
The festivities begin this afternoon at 4:30 p.m. MT, when KALL 700 Sports' Spencer Checketts will host the "RSL First Kick" pre-game show live from Jersey's before turning the coverage over to RFK Stadium and the KALL 700 Sports broadcast team of Bill Riley and John Ellinger for the 5:30 p.m. kick against the "Black-and-Red." As added incentive to join your fellow fans, Real Salt Lake has announced that all fans in attendance at tonight's watch party at Jersey's will receive a free ticket for RSL-Los Angeles Galaxy match-up on Wednesday, Sept. 19, at Rice-Eccles Stadium (limit one per person). The evening at Jersey's will wind down with the "RSL Extra Time" post-game show on KALL 700 Sports beginning at 7:45 p.m.
Jersey's will once again serve as RSL's home base this Saturday, when 103.1 JACK-FM will pick up its MLS coverage for a second consecutive weekend, beginning with the "RSL Kick-off Show" live from Jersey's at 12:30 p.m. MT. Real Salt Lake's debut north of the border at BMO Field against expansion side Toronto FC is slated for a 1:30 p.m. kick-off on Saturday, with "RSL Extra Time" closing down the day of soccer at Jersey's at 3:45 p.m.
