Commerce City, Colo. - The USL Super Y-League Rocky Mountain Division kicked-off this weekend at Dick's Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City, Colorado.
RSL ARIZONA U-16's:
The RSL Arizona U-16's won their inaugural match on Friday night defeating RSL Utah 2-1. Goals were scored by: Adrian Saldana and George Malki. Michael D'Arrigo led the way in goal. The team then defeated the Colorado Rapids on Saturday afternoon on goals by: Jacob Williams, Nick Ayers and Eduardo Sanchez, with a combined shut-out in net by Michael D'Arrigo and Justin Incarnati. The victories put RSL Arizona U-16's on top of the Super Y-League Rocky Mountain Division in First Place.

RSL ARIZONA U-17's:
The RSL Arizona U-17's played in 0-2-1 in three matches this weekend. The team fell to RSL Utah 2-1 on Friday night. The lone goal was scored by Chris Yoder. On Saturday, the team was defeated by the Colorado Rapids 3-2. Goals were scored by: Brian Holmes and David Steuber. Capping off the weekend was a 3-3 tie on Sunday morning to the Colorado Rush. Goals were scored by: Chris Yoder, Chris Green, and Brian Holmes.

The RSL Arizona teams were created through a try-out selection process and consist of some of the top youth players that Arizona has to offer. The teams are a part of the Youth Development Program for Real Salt Lake of Major League Soccer and an overall part of the current youth development initiative by MLS.
The Super Y-League Rocky Mountain Division includes the following teams:
U-16 Division: RSL Arizona, RSL Utah, Colorado Rapids, and Boulder County Force.
U-17 Division: RSL Arizona, RSL Utah, Colorado Rapids, Boulder County Force, and Colorado Rush.
