SALT LAKE CITY - Real Salt Lake returns home to Utah for three days prior to continuing its preseason training camp in California on Thursday, with upcoming exhibition games on Saturday, March 17 vs. CD Chivas USA at John Elway Stadium in Granada Hills, Calif.; on Saturday, March 24 vs. the Fresno Fuego; and on Saturday, March 31 vs. the Colorado Rapids in Las Vegas, in advance of the Saturday, April 7 home opener vs. FC Dallas at 4:00 p.m. MT at Rice-Eccles Stadium.
This week, the team will hold morning training sessions at Rice-Eccles Stadium (weather permitting; Spence Eccles Fieldhouse will serve as backup) on Tuesday and Wednesday prior to a mid-week departure for Los Angeles. Players and coaches will be available to the media following the session. Following is the team's schedule for March 12 - 14:
