Real Salt Lake adds two players to developmental roster

SALT LAKE CITY - Real Salt Lake (4-10-4, 16 pts., 6th West) announced today two player additions to the team's developmental roster. GK Chase Harrison has returned to the team after RSL put him on loan for a brief stint with the Virginia Beach Mariners of the United Soccer League's First Division. Harrison, RSL's third-round MLS SuperDraft Selection (26th overall) will serve as the backup on the reserve team to GK Jay Nolly, and sit third on the overall depth chart behind Nolly and Scott Garlick.


Real Salt Lake also announced today the signing of Brian Gil, a former standout at the University of Central Florida where he was used primarily as a defensive midfielder. Gil, a native of Dover, NJ was a four-year letterman at USF where he appeared in 69 matches.
