Real host Dynamo on Saturday

but referee Kevin Stott called for the kick to be retaken as Onstad moved off his line too early and a host of Houston defenders entered the box before the ball was struck. Joseph made no mistake with his second chance, driving it fiercely into the goal.
• Dynamo head coach Dominic Kinnear made two changes to the team that rolled 4-0 over the Chicago Fire three days earlier. Ricardo Clark and Brian Mullan were given the night off, as Brian Ching and Dwayne De Rosario returned to the team.
• Here's Kinnear's team (4-3-1-2): Pat Onstad - Craig Waibel, Eddie Robinson, Ryan Cochrane, Wade Barrett - Nate Jaqua (Corey Ashe 81), Richard Mulrooney, Stuart Holden - Dwayne De Rosario - Joseph Ngwenya, Brian Ching. Substitutes Not Used: Mike Chabala, Paul Dalglish, Nick Hatzke, Patrick Ianni, Zach Wells, Chris Wondolowski
• "There were a lot of positives today. It was a great point for us today. We scored some great goals. Some guys made some mistakes and we got punished for that," Kinnear said. "But I thought when you come into the game missing the guys that we have and you take the goals out of it, I thought we played pretty well today."

TEAM NEWS
• Dynamo had last conceded a goal in the 25th minute of a 2-1 win against the Columbus Crew on June 10 - to former teammate Alejandro Moreno. They had recorded three consecutive shutouts on the road.
• "Yeah, we kind of let it slide in a heavy way. But when you have guys like (Taylor) Twellman, (Pat) Noonan, (Andy) Dorman and (Steve) Ralston coming at you, it's hard to keep them away, and more often than not, they are going to hit the target," Kinnear said. "I don't agree with the third goal in a way but they had some chances. For us to create streaks is nice but you would like to win games."
• After playing five games in 11 days, Dynamo finally had a stretch of a week between games - though Brian Ching, Dwayne De Rosario and Ricardo Clark all figured in the MLS All-Star Game in the 2-0 victory against Celtic FC. "Maybe the couple of days off we had this week messed with us a little bit," Ching said. "But it was a good streak and our team played well throughout that streak. And we still have our unbeaten streak so we are happy about that."
• The attack is helping make it easy for the defense. Dynamo have scored 17 goals in their last eight league games, including four goals on three occasions and three goals once.
• "They scored in the first half. So all it was, was coming in and keeping our composure, continuing doing what we were doing because we had chances," De Rosario said. "It was just a matter of finishing those chances that we were given in the first half and capitalizing in the second half. And we did that. We created good chances and we capitalized on that."
• On Wednesday, Dynamo secured their place in the final four of the inaugural SuperLiga, defeating D.C. United 1-0 at Robertson Stadium to finish atop Group B. Brian Ching's 50th-minute goal stood up as the game-winner as Dynamo ended with two victories and a draw in group play.
• "Give credit to D.C. because it was like we were playing with 21 guys in one half of the field," Kinnear said. "They were throwing everyone except for their 'keeper. The guys are tired but pretty good resolve. We could have a couple breaks or been a little bit sharper and added to our lead. That would have been nicer. To get a shutout and give up one goal in three games against some good competition is pretty impressive."
• Here's Kinnear's team: Zach Wells, Craig Waibel, Ryan Cochrane, Eddie Robinson, Wade Barrett, Corey Ashe (Ricardo Clark 68), Dwayne De Rosario, Richard Mulrooney, Stuart Holden, Brian Ching, Nate Jaqua (Joseph Ngwenya 76).
• Dynamo began their SuperLiga journey with a 1-0 victory against Club América, the lone goal coming from Nate Jaqua (41), then against Monarcas Morelia, Joseph Ngwenya scored just 12 seconds into the match before Morelia scored a late equalizer in a 1-1 draw.
• Houston will now face a familiar adversary in the SuperLiga semifinals, taking on defending Mexican champion CF Pachuca at Robertson Stadium on Aug. 14. The two have already played in international competition this year, in the semifinals of the CONCACAF Champions' Cup. In the first leg in Houston on March 15, goals from Brian Ching and Chris Wondolowski gave Dynamo a 2-0 advantage on aggregate, but Pachuca won 5-2 in extra time in the return match in Mexico two weeks later to advance to the final, where they defeated CD Guadalajara (Caballero 4, 86; Gimenez 15 pen, 59 pen, 106+ - Mullan 53; Ching 79).
