SECAUCUS, N.J. - Red Bull New York announced today that for each of its seven remaining home games, including its August 12 contest against UEFA Champions League winner, FC Barcelona, it will be hosting an Adult Soccer Fantasy Experience.
The fantasy package, which costs $15,000 for the New York-Barcelona match and $5,000 for each of the remaining regular season MLS games at Giants Stadium, includes the opportunity to attend practice with the players and Head Coach Bruce Arena the day before a match, warm up with the team pregame on gameday, team gear, an autographed ball and four tickets to that night's match. The limit on spots per game for this package is two.
Earlier this year, through a Starlight-Starbright auction, Lou Petreski won a similar package prior to the Red Bulls' game on June 10 against the Houston Dynamo.
"It was a pleasure to spend two days with the team," Petreski said. "I was here on Thursday morning [two days before the game] training with the gang, [they're] a fine bunch of guys."
