The Colorado Rapids announced today that they will be taking on the Bermuda National Team at the National Sports Center in Bermuda this Friday, March 14 at 5 p.m. MT.
This will be the Rapids' third trip of the preseason, with the club having already trained in Florida and London. This game will be the last international match of the Rapids' preseason, in advance of their final exhibition, which will be played against the Chicago Fire in Jackson, Mississippi on March 23. Colorado has posted a 3-1-3 record so far during the preseason.
The Rapids play their first game of the season at 7:30 p.m. on March 29 when the Los Angeles Galaxy visit Dick's Sporting Goods Park. Season and single game tickets are now available, for more information visit www.coloradorapids.com or call (303) 825-GOAL.
The Bermuda National Team will use the game as they prepare for the return leg of their World Cup Qualifying tie against the Cayman Islands on March 30. The two teams fought to a 1-1 draw in Bermuda during the first leg.
