"I thought we deserved to win the game, we gave up the first goal at a bad time and gave them a half an hour to get back in. But the last goal was a free kick and it should have been a foul."
On New England's goals:
"Fantastic. I mean Parky's (Parkhurst) goal was just ... the guy sees the big picture and that's why he's able to put the ball into the net because he sees what's happening.
On Taylor Twellman:
"No surprise, he always looks like he's going to score."
On heading into the playoffs:
"We're happy enough with the way we played today, we're not happy we lost the goals but we deserved to win it, we controlled the game, and we'll take our performance into next week."

On his goal:
"You know when the other teams give the ball away real quickly in the midfield the goalies try and push up as defenders, and you know he's not expecting his team to give the ball away, I knew that -- so uhhh ... I put my head up and saw him off the line, decided to give it a go and luckily I hit well."
On giving up two goals to lose the lead heading into the playoffs:
"It's the same thing as the past few weeks, and it's getting out of control really. It's a huge disappointment that we can't not only get a shutout but keep a lead and it's embarrassing. We take pride on doing well in the back, and it's really discouraging, but what's past is past and we have to look forward and be confident going into the playoffs that we can shut teams out."
