Univision, MLS' newest broadcast partner, will kick off its MLS coverage this Sunday, November 12 when its popular national sports show Republica Deportiva airs live from Pizza Hut Park in Frisco, Texas, site of MLS Cup 2006. The show will broadcast on game day starting at 10 a.m. CT.
In celebration of MLS Cup 2006, Republica Deportiva's 'President', Fernando Fiore will have as special guests the Honda MVP for 2006, Christian Gómez, together with his teammate Jaime Moreno of D.C. United. World Cup veteran Francisco "Paco" Palencia of Chivas USA and Colorado Rapids head coach, Fernando Clavijo, round out the stellar lineup.
