Dear Fans,
Houston Dynamo players and coaches would like to thank all of you for the passion you represent and for the energy you bring to each and every Dynamo game. That same energy that you transmit to our players through your cheers and your songs makes them consider you our 12th man on the field. The passion that you show game in and game out also motivates our fans to come to Robertson Stadium to experience first-hand how special a Dynamo game can be.
As you know, SuperLiga is a tournament in which Dynamo players are proud to participate. Playing in SuperLiga represents a great honor for them, as they get the opportunity of facing off against storied clubs such as Chivas de Guadalajara, Club América, and Pachuca, a team that has developed into one of our main rivals over the last two seasons. It is during those games that our fans have helped to create an environment that rivals the one seen in stadiums in Guadalajara, Monterrey, or Mexico City.
I would like to ask that every one of you invite a friend, a family member or a school mate to show his or her Dynamo pride during our semifinal match against Pachuca on Tuesday, July 29. It does not matter if they are Chivas, Rayados, Tigres or Diablos Rojos fans. I would like to invite everyone to Robertson Stadium to support the Houston Dynamo.
I am confident that the environment we will experience that evening will be more spectacular than ever, with an energy level higher than what you normally see, for example, at Hidalgo Stadium in Pachuca. Let's all turn Robertson Stadium into a sea of orange, supporting the Dynamo as we attempt to reach the SuperLiga final.
