New England Revolution forward Taylor Twellman wins MLS Player of the Week honors for Week 6

This is Twellman's seventh career MLS Player of the Week award and first of 2007. Twellman and the Revolution travel to play the Houston Dynamo on Saturday, May 19 in a rematch of MLS Cup 2006. The game, which kicks off at 8:30 p.m. ET at Robertson Stadium, will be broadcast on the Fox Soccer Channel and Fox Sports Español.


The Major League Soccer Player of the Week is selected each week of the MLS regular season by a panel of journalists from the Professional Soccer Reporters Association (PSRA).
