FC Dallas 2, Clube Atletico Paranaense U-20 2

FC Dallas and Clube Atletico Paranaense's U-20 team drew 2-2 Tuesday afternoon in a game played at the Paranaense Training Center. The home side took the lead after 25 minutes on a goal by Raul and then FCD rookie Brek Shea scored twice in the second half to give FCD the lead. However, Atletico forward Manoel headed home the equalizer with five minutes to play.

"It was definitely a game of two halves," said FC Dallas head coach Steve Morrow. "I didn't think we played well at all in the first half. A lot of guys had trouble moving the ball, getting it stuck under their feet and so on. But as the game went on we got a lot more used to the field."

FC Dallas: Josh Lambo (Dan Kennedy 46), Andrew Daniels, Aaron Pitchkolan, Alex Yi, Michael Dello-Russo, Eric Avila (Chase Wileman 75), Anthony Wallace (Andre Rocha 80), Blake Wagner (David Wagenfuhr 87), Brek Shea (Ricardinho 80), Dominic Oduro, Abdus Ibrahim (Juan Toja 75)

Chicago Fire 1, Necaxa 1

The Chicago Fire tied Necaxa 1-1 Tuesday in an exhibition match at Estadio Victoria in Aguascalientes, Mexico. The Fire took the lead in the 11th minute, when Cuauhtemoc Blanco chipped a ball over the Necaxa defense to Andy Herron, sending the striker in alone on Necaxa goalkeeper Ivan Vazquez. The goalkeeper came off his line to cut down the angle, but Herron sent a lofting shot over Vazquez.

Necaxa forward Fernando Lopez notched the game-tying goal in the 21st minute, after receiving a pass on the right from Juan de la Cruz. Lopez sent a hard shot toward the corner which Fire goalkeeper Jon Busch reached, but the ball still sailed into the net.
