CARSON, CA - On Saturday, December 9th, the Los Angeles Galaxy Foundation and Mervyn's Department Store's ChildSpree Program are teaming up to present the 7th Annual Holiday Assist Program. The event will be hosted at the Torrance Mervyn's, for 50 underprivileged children. Accompanied by seven members of the Los Angeles Galaxy and Galaxy Foundation volunteers, each child will go on a $100 shopping spree for new clothing and shoes. Mervyn's will provide each child with a 15% discount on all purchases during the event.
After shopping, the Galaxy Foundation will treat the children to a holiday party, presents, and goodie bags.
