The Kansas City Wizards will continue preseason training in Kansas City tomorrow at the Sprint World Headquarters Campus in Overland Park, Kan.
The Wizards will practice on the soccer fields at the Sprint Campus until the Swope Park training facility opens in early June. All media members are encouraged to attend practice and speak with Wizards players and coaches. Since the team practices at a private companies facility, only interviews with members of the Kansas City Wizards is permitted and in the area designated by the team's communications staff.
On Saturday, April 7, the Wizards will host a doubleheader at the Blue Valley District Activities Complex at 135th and Switzer. The Wizards senior squad will take on the Seattle Sounders at 5 p.m., while the reserves will play the University of Evansville at 7:30 p.m. For press credentials to the doubleheader, please contact Sarah Hardy at shardy@kcwizards.com. Price of admission to both games for fans is $5.
