• After the match, the Wizards treated fans with a fireworks show and impromptu autograph session from the team.


• Former Wizards midfielder Chris Klein stayed to sign autographs as well. Klein played in 200 games for the Wizards over eight seasons, scoring 39 goals and adding 45 assists. He is second to only Preki on the Wizards all-time list in both categories.
