HOUSTON, TX - April not only marks the start of another MLS season but also the return of the 2006 MLS Cup Champion Houston Dynamo.
As the Men in Orange return to the pitch to defend their title, the team has announced that April will be declared "Champions Month." Champions Month will include a series of promotional themes based around the Dynamo's three home games at Robertson Stadium.
"Houston is a city of champions, so it is only fitting that we honor the city's newest championship team with a big celebration," said Dynamo President and General Manager Oliver Luck. "Champions Month is our way of saying 'thank you' to our team for the monumental effort they put forth last season and a way for us to share last year's memories with our fans." The Dynamo will be offering a "Champions Pack" ticket package for Sunday April 8 (The Return of the Champions). The package includes four tickets, four championship t-shirts and one parking pass for $64.
