GM Luck to speak at Port Arthur CoC

Houston Dynamo GM Oliver Luck will speak to the The Port Arthur Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, January 22, 2008 at the Robert A. "Bob" Bowers Civic Center.

The event begins at 6 p.m. CT and is entitled, "Building Bridges to NEW Opportunities."
