NOTES:

• FC Dallas is now 2-3-3, 9 points on the season, and in fourth place in the Western Conference. Dallas is 1-2-1 at home.
• This was the first time Dallas surrendered five goals in a regular season game since a 5-2 loss at Los Angeles in the last game of the 2006 season (Oct. 14, 2006). The five goals were the most FCD has ever surrendered at PHP in a regular season game.
• Prior to today, Dallas was 12-5-5 in regular season games at home against LA, and had won the last six home games against them.
• Wallace made his third career start, in his third different position, today on the left side of midfield. Blake Wagner, who had started the first six games there, is with the U.S. U-23 team in a tournament in Toulon, France, along with teammate Brek Shea.
• LA was the last team to score four first half goals against Dallas, doing so on July 31, 2007 in a SuperLiga match.
• The nine shots on goal for Dallas were a season high.
• Serioux's red card is the first in his MLS career.
• Oduro scored his first goal of the year, his fifth career goal, and first since July 4, 2007.
• Cooper registered his first assist of the year, the seventh of his career.
• Today's attendance was 22,331, which is the largest regular season crowd for an FC Dallas game at Pizza Hut Park.

• FC Dallas will host Real Salt Lake on Saturday, May 24 at Pizza Hut Park (7:30 p.m. CT, KFWD-52).
• Steve Morrow on the game: ""It was an embarrassing performance. We're all ashamed of ourselves in the locker room and, ultimately, I'll take responsibility for that as a coach. But, obviously, we're going through a rough time at the moment. Results aren't going our way. We'll get back to some hard work. We've got a very, very good group of players, a talented group of players that have got the right attitude and are going to fight for each other. We're going to work very hard to turn ourselves around and get a win in the next game."
