CARSON, Calif. - Season media credentials for the 2008 LA Galaxy season are available now. Media members who anticipate covering 10 or more Galaxy games this season can apply for season credentials at www.lagalaxy.iwebreg.com. Credentials issued are property of the LA Galaxy and MLS.
Outlets that will be requesting more than one credential can utilize the "Apply for Group Credentials" option at the top of the page while individuals can select "Apply for Individual Credentials". All credential applications must be accompanied by a photo headshot.
If you have applied for credentials for recent Galaxy/MLS/SUM events in the past, you must login in to your account using your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password please click on the option that states "Reset Password ".
The deadline for applications is Friday, April 20 at 5 pm (PT). Applications for season credentials received after the deadline will not be considered. All media will be notified of the status of their application after they have applied - there is no need to contact Galaxy Communications.
Media members who will be covering fewer than 10 games this season can request single game credentials through the Galaxy Communications Department by emailing mediarequests@lagalaxy.com. The bearer must be on a specific assignment for the organization to which the credential is issued.
Requests for day-of-game credentials must be submitted no later than 12 noon two days prior to the actual game day. Per-game requests must also come from the editor/producer of the soliciting outlet, containing the names of the individuals who would like credentials.
