FRISCO, Texas - FC Dallas announced today the launch of "FCD Hoops Nation", the official world-wide supporters club of FC Dallas. FCD fans from across the globe that share the same passion for FC Dallas can become lifetime members of the FCD Hoops Nation and receive exclusive benefits, highlighted by two free tickets per year to select FC Dallas game anywhere the team plays.
"We have a team that represents the diversity of America and in every game we've played this year, whether it's been at home in Pizza Hut Park or on the road, we've seen the Hoops jerseys in the stands," said FC Dallas President and General Manager Michael Hitchcock. "FCD Hoops Nation allows fans outside of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex to be unified with those that come to games at Pizza Hut Park, giving all FCD fans an opportunity to show their collective support for FC Dallas."
For a one-time $10 fee, fans will become lifetime members of the FCD Hoops Nation. Fans that join during the first year will receive a welcome package that includes an FCD Hoops Nation membership card, a commemorative t-shirt, an FC Dallas folder, bumper sticker and 2006 team photo.
