The game at RFK will officially be Anguilla's home match. It was relocated to Washington, D.C. due to the insufficient lighting at Anguilla's home stadium. The winner of the series will advance to play Panama in the second round of CONCACAF World Cup Qualifying in June. Former D.C. United members Eliseo Quintanilla and Ronald Cerritos highlight El Salvador's roster. El Salvador is scheduled to play friendlies at Trinidad and Tobago (3/19) and at Venezuela (3/23) prior to their match with Anguilla at RFK.
