Washington, D.C. - To accommodate Major League Soccer broadcasting partner ESPN, D.C. United's September 6 away game against Chivas USA has been delayed half an hour. Kick-off for the game is now set for 10:30 p.m. ET before a nationwide television audience on ESPN2.

D.C. United is currently riding a five-game winning streak and, with two games in hand to New England, sits in second place atop the League standings, a mere three points behind the Revolution. In the midst of an extended road trip, United next face FC Dallas on September 1, before traveling to Carson City, California to face Chivas USA.

United and Chivas USA faced off earlier this season at RFK Stadium, with the Black-and-Red emerging with a 2-1 victory for their first League win of the season. Chivas USA sits second in the Western Conference, just two points behind conference leaders Houston Dynamo. Chivas USA go into their match-up with D.C. United riding a three-game winning streak, all of which were shutouts.
