COLUMBUS, Ohio - Columbus Crew Stadium today announced important information for guests with field access for the August 12 Rascal Flatts concert at Crew Stadium. The "Live Tour 2007" show, which will also feature special guest Jason Aldean, will commence at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are still available in the $55 price range and are available at Ticketmaster.com, all Ticketmaster outlets and the Crew Stadium Box Office.
Ticket-holders with field access should enter either through Gate 2 or 7, where field access wristbands will be distributed. Patrons with tickets allowing access for FLD 1, 2, 3, 7 or 9 are encouraged to enter through Gate 7, while those with access for FLD 4, 5, 6, 8 or 10 will find it easier to enter through Gate 2. Gates will open at 5:30 p.m. for the 7:30 p.m. show.
This year's performance will mark the third straight year that Rascal Flatts has performed at Crew Stadium in conjunction with the Ohio State Fair. Parking during the Fair is $5 or VIP parking passes can be purchased for $20 that will guarantee a spot next to the stadium.
Rascal Flatts, which earned "Top Vocal Group" honors at the Academy of Country Music Awards on May 15, hails from Columbus and their shows at Crew Stadium sold out in both 2005 and 2006.
Crew Stadium, a 22,555-seat facility, is home to the Columbus Crew of Major League Soccer as well as a target destination for other marquee sports and entertainment events including U.S. Soccer matches, NFL exhibitions, NCAA soccer and concerts.
