HOUSTON, TX - Three-time defending Honduran champion Club Olimpia Deportivo and defending Salvadorian champion Club Deportivo Aguila have announced their respective practice schedules for the next two days.
Both teams will practice at Carl Lewis Track Field, at the University of Houston. On Monday, July 31 Olimpia will practice from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., while Aguila will do so from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. As in Houston Dynamo practices, media are welcome to attend, and players and coaches will be available for interviews once their session concludes. The same schedule applies to both teams for Tuesday, August 1, with the possibility of practice in the morning. The times and locations for those practices are still to be determined.
Both teams are scheduled to face off in an international friendly on Wednesday, August 2. The first game, between the Houston Dynamo and Carolina Dynamo, is scheduled to start at 5:30 p.m. The game between Aguila and Olimpia will start at approximately 8:00 p.m. Houston Dynamo regular-season credentials will be honored for media wishing to cover the doubleheader. Media wishing to cover the event but who do not have Houston Dynamo regular-season credentials can pick up day passes after tomorrow's press conference. The press conference will be held at the Moody 1 Banquet Room of the Hilton Hobby Hotel (8181 Airport Blvd, Houston, TX 77061) at 2:00 p.m.
