CARSON, Calif. - Chivas USA reminds media members that the Major League Soccer club will hold tryouts for its 2007 ChivaGirls squad this Saturday, February 10 at The Home Depot Center. Scores of aspiring ChivaGirls will compete for the 14 spots on the 2007 squad - including, in a new twist this year, all ten returning ChivaGirls from 2006!
Auditions begin at 10:00 a.m. PT in The Home Depot Center's Tennis Pavilion, the green tent adjacent to the tennis courts across from Lot 15. Candidates will be interviewed by a panel of judges and will participate in a series of dance routines. The auditions are open to females 18 years and older.
The ChivaGirls 2007 Auditions come on the heels of Chivas USA's successful launching, together with Major League Soccer, of 'Sueño MLS: Chivas USA Wants You!', an open tryout for Chivas USA's first team that kicks off this Friday, February 16 in Bell Gardens, California.
