Ching set to rejoin Dynamo in Los Angeles

HOUSTON - After the elimination of the U.S. Men's National Team from the FIFA World Cup, Brian Ching is scheduled to rejoin his Dynamo teammates in Los Angeles this weekend for the team's upcoming games against defending MLS Champion Los Angeles Galaxy and Chivas USA.

Although it is not certain if Ching will play against the Galaxy on Saturday, it will probably be Wednesday, June 28 against Chivas USA that he will make his first start since May 6.

Ching's arrival should give the Dynamo offense a welcomed boost, as Ching is still one of MLS' top scorers and a Golden Boot Candidates, with 7 goals and 2 assists in just 6 games played.

The Dynamo will visit the Home Depot Center for the first time since the team made its move to Houston earlier this year. Currently second in the Western Conference, and only three points behind FC Dallas, Houston will potentially look to return home undefeated in what is its longest road trip so far this year.

The game against the Los Angeles Galaxy is slated to start at 9:30 p.m. CT. The game will be televised locally on Fox Sports Southwest, and broadcast in Spanish on Radio Concierto 850 AM and 101.7 FM.
