FC Dallas returns home to host MLS expansion team Real Salt Lake (RSL) at the Cotton Bowl on Saturday, April 23 at 7 p.m. (CST). The encounter will be the first-ever meeting between the clubs. This will be the first of four matches between FC Dallas and Real Salt Lake this season with the other three meetings coming on June 4 (Salt Lake City), July 23 (Salt Lake City) and September 18 (Frisco). The club reminds all fans that all tickets are $10 and that they are encouraged to wear red & white hoops.

Former Dallas Burn forward Jason Kreis returns to The Cotton Bowl on Saturday with Real Salt Lake. Kreis played nine seasons with Dallas, tallying an MLS all-time record 91 goals. Kreis is also scheduled to appear on "FC Dallas Weekly" this Thursday on 990 AM with Ray Canevari.

The FC Dallas-Real Salt Lake match will be available through the MLS Direct Kick package. It can also be heard on English Radio (KFCD - 990 AM) and on Spanish Radio (Radio AYO - 1540 AM).

FC DALLAS HOLDS FIRST PLACE IN THE WEST AND MLS BEST RECORD: After an impressive 3-1 victory over Chivas USA in L.A., FC Dallas enters their next match against RSL looking to maintain first place in the Western Conference and MLS best overall record. This is one of the best starts in Dallas history, only topped by the 1998 season when they opened the season with three wins in a row.

FC DALLAS RESERVES WINS IN SEASON OPENER: With second half goals by forwards Alex Woods (guest player) and Abe Thompson, the FC Dallas Reserves defeated their Chivas USA counterparts by a final score of 2-1 yesterday in a match played on the Track Field of The Home Depot Center. Dallas striker Thompson pounced on a loose ball inside Chivas USA's penalty area in the 60th minute to open the score for FC Dallas, while Isaac Romo pulled the home side level twelve minutes later with a four-yard blast following a Milton Blanco cross. It would be Woods, who replaced Mario Torres at the beginning of the second half, who would bag the winner in the 75th minute after taking a pass from midfielder Ramón Núñez and blasting it past Chivas USA goalkeeper Javier Barragán. With this result, FC Dallas claims full points from its first match in the MLS Reserve Division.

FC DALLAS ON KFCD: Please join us this week for the weekly FC Dallas Radio Show with Ray Canevari on KFCD 990 AM. "FC Dallas Weekly" airs every Thursday from 6 - 7 p.m. on KFCD. This week, Canevari is scheduled to have interviews with Head Coach Colin Clarke, Real Salt Lake forward Jason Kreis as well as Walter Bahr.
