"We didn't play well last week, and I think K.C. did a good job getting 10 players behind the ball every time we had it. They were hard to break down, and tonight we were much better at attacking and creating more stuff. So the positive is that we didn't give up the ball and we played much better soccer tonight, but it's still disappointing not getting the full three points at home."

On Twellman's shot from point-blank range:
"I think you would rather take one in the head than to have a goal scored on you anytime. I knew after it hit my head, the thing I was worried about was I thought maybe a rebound, but I knew we saved it because it obviously didn't hit the back of the net it hit your face, so in that sense I was happy."

"Not really because coach had told me a few days ago that he would consider me is it was a game where there were lots of crosses, he said he would consider putting me in for like 10 minutes to see if I could get a head on one."
