On the game:
"In terms of effort and workload we did fine, but at home you need to win. It doesn't matter whether it's offensively or defensively. You've got to find a way to win. We had the lead twice and we allowed them back in the game. We can't accept that. It was dropping two points, not gaining one. You have to give Chicago credit they are a good team and they know how to go at you. We need to be a little smarter because we allowed them back in the game twice."

On the final result:
"We had the lead twice and at home and you have to seal that one up. We are disappointed with the point to say the least and we feel we should have gotten three. We will take a look at it again and see where we can improve."
On his goal:
"Josh (Wolff) did a great job tonight going at them and that opened up space for myself and Davy (Arnaud). Diego (Gutierrez) got me the ball and I went at them. I saw a little opening and just hit it. Fortunately it went in. In those instances you just try to put the ball on frame and hope for the best."

On the result:
"When you have the lead twice at home it should be 'ballgame over'. You should win those all the time. We can't accept that result."

On the result:
"It was not exactly what I expected. When you come in here to Arrowhead, you don't expect four goals, to be honest. At the same time you still have two teams with good attacking players. At the end of the day it was all about competing and I'm proud of my team that they came back twice from a goal down."
On his team's defensive effort:
"On our end defensively we were pretty solid but we had a few lapses. Maybe you could say the same for the Wizards. For whatever reason, tonight there was a little bit of miscommunication on a couple of plays that we haven't seen yet, and that's going to happen at times. But in games like this you've got to minimize those situations. It's still a work in progress on both ends of the field."
On the recent production of his forward corps:
"We felt that our rhythm in the attacking third would start to get better, and it is. Having Ante (Razov) back near 100 percent is obviously going to help take the load off of Damani (Ralph) and with Dipsy (Selolwane) now being a great spark for us, whether he's a starter or reserve, it makes it difficult on teams."

On his equalizing goal:
"When 'Beas' (DaMarcus Beasley) came across I knew he was going to cross it, so I just had to make a run in the box. Ante (Razov) got a head on it and the 'keeper saved it. Luckily I was there to nod it in. It almost went behind me and I just threw myself at the ball."
On his increased role in the Fire attack:
"It's a boost of confidence for me if I come in and do something. Like I've said, I'm trying to prove myself. Every minute counts for me and I just hope I can keep it going."
On the result:
"It's a good point, to be honest. It's a big boost for us and tough games like this count a lot. It's a morale booster for us. We know we can dig in a little bit."

On his first goal of 2004:
"They left me alone on the wing and Ante (Razov) was able to find me. I just tried to take it as quickly as I could to the goal before they closed me down. I was able to get a shot off and get it past (Tony) Meola."
On the Fire's offensive performances of late:
"Each game we're getting better and clicking more. Hopefully it just continues from here."
