The ESPN Zone in New York was the place where dreams came true for MightyMetros Fan Club members. The MetroStars, along with the ESPN Zone in Times Square, hosted the annual MightyMetros party on Monday afternoon.

The party is one of the very exclusive benefits available to MightyMetros members only. Kids had private access to the ESPN Zone game room where they could play all of the games for free. Along with the games came free food and drink.

But most importantly, the kids had a wonderful opportunity to meet and mingle with the MetroStars players. Fabian Taylor, Tim Regan, Mark Lisi, Seth Stammler, Zach Wells, Michael Bradley and Chris Leitch were on hand. The players hung out with the kids, signed autographs and competed in some of the ESPN Zone games.

"It's nice to know that the MetroStars players and staff are willing to give their time and attention to their smallest fans," said one thrilled parent, who accompanied his child. "These kids really look up the players and see them as heroes. They will never forget this day."

Many more great memories are on the immediate horizon for club members, including this Sunday's training session on the field at Giants Stadium.

Although the season is half over, fans can still register for the 2004 MightyMetros Fan Club and receive many of the great benefits still remaining. Click here to learn more about the MightyMetros and to sign up today.
