SAN JOSE, Calif. - The San Jose Earthquakes announced today that the team will host monthly media luncheons at Maggiano's Little Italy in Santana Row throughout the 2005 Major League Soccer Season. The first luncheon of the 2005 season will take place on Thursday, May 12 at 1:15 p.m. PT.
At each luncheon, the Quakes will announce the Maggiano's Earthquakes Player of the Month and the Earthquakes Goal of the Month. President and General Manager Alexi Lalas, head coach Dominic Kinnear and all the players and coaches will be available for interviews at the luncheons. Maggiano's is located at 3055 Olin Ave at Santana Row in San Jose. </p>
After the first luncheon, all future media luncheons are scheduled for the first Tuesday of every month. </p>
