COLUMBUS, Ohio -Columbus Crew General Manager Mark McCullers and Radio Sol President Luis Orozco announced today that Crew Assistant Coach Eduardo "Eddie" Carvacho will host "Pasion de Gol (Passion for Goals)," an hour long soccer show every Thursday from 5-6 p.m. on Spanish radio station Radio Sol, 1550-AM. The first show airs today, Sept. 29.

Radio Sol is also the Spanish radio play-by-play home for all Crew home games.

The show will be geared toward The Crew and Major League Soccer, as well as the numerous Hispanic players, coaches and administrators around the league and country.

"This is an exciting opportunity for me to communicate and truly outreach to our Hispanic community," said Carvacho. "I want to thank Radio Sol and The Crew for the chance to fulfill a dream of mine. Having a forum to talk about soccer and connect with the people of Columbus will be exciting."
