Coaches need to look in the mirror

not just your weaknesses.

Every day at training you want to help someone and improve some part of your team. Sometimes that help is to give them a day off to refresh their bodies and minds. Good coaches help everyday in some way.

The better you know yourself and the better you become as a team; the more you can take advantage of the opponent and make use of your abilities. This will help you win more than you lose. But always remember there are some days that it seems nothing helps and you end up losing. But then it is time to get ready to do it all again and try to improve once more.
