Michael Bradley is a central midfielder who has been one of the best players on the US Men's National Team over the past couple of years. He made a much publicized return to MLS when signed with Toronto FC in January 2014.
US NATIONAL TEAM
Bradley registered his first cap in 2006 in the lead up to the 2006 World Cup. However he did not make his first start with the US until 2007 when his father, Bob Bradley, was the coach. He has been a important piece of the team ever since. He scored the equalizing goal against Slovenia in the 2010 World Cup that handed the US a point.
Bradley started his career with the MetroStars but quickly moved on to Heerenveen in the Netherlands where he scored 16 goals in the 2007-08 season. After that he played for Borussia Monchengladbach for three seasons. In 2011 he made his way to Italy, playing for Chievo and Roma for two and a half seasons before returning to the league where he got his start.
