Rafael Garcia is a hard-working center midfielder who can also deputize at right back and has largely served in a backup role since being drafted by the Galaxy. He has also seen extensive time with LA Galaxy II. He set career highs in appearances, starts, and minutes in the 2015 season. 

COLLEGE: Garcia spent four years playing at Cal State-Northridge, plus one year he redshirted after suffering a season-ending injury in the opening game of the 2008 season. He was named All-Big West Conference First Team in 2011, his senior year.
