Retired following the 2016 season.
An MLS lifer, Ned Grabavoy has been an integral part of several midfields since making his debut with the LA Galaxy in 2004. A conscientious dribbler and fantastic as a ball-shuttler between the deep midfield and the attacking portion of the field Grabavoy made his name during a tremendous run with Real Salt Lake from 2009-2014. Primarily used as a wide player, Grabavoy is unique in that he relishes one-on-one situations and doesn’t quail from the opportunity to make a risky pass.
INTERNATIONAL: Grabavoy was a big part of the U20 and U23 teams during his run in the U.S. youth national team system, culminating with an appearance at the 2003 U20 World Cup.
COLLEGE: Grabavoy was a three-year starter at Indiana, where he climbed his way to the key role as a junior that helped the Hoosiers to a national title before he leapt at a Generation adidas contract.
