Andrés Guardado is a left winger, who despite being just 27, has already registered 100 caps for El Tri. He is currently on loan with Bayer Leverkusen in Germany.
MEXICAN NATIONAL TEAM
Guardado made his debut for El Tri in December 2005 and has been a critical part of the national team ever since. He appeared in four total matches in the 2006 and 2010 World Cups
After starting his career with Atlas, Guardado was acquired by Deportivo La Coruña in Spain's La Liga in 2007. A year after the club was relegated to the Segunda Division, a season in which he was named the division's best midfielder, Guardado was transferred to Valencia in 2012. After a mostly successful one and a half years, he was loaned out to the Bundesliga side in January of 2014.
