Career Summary

Maxim Usanov signed for Toronto FC in April 2010 and made his debut for the Reds in the first home match of the season, a 2-1 win against Philadelphia Union on April 15.

Usanov began his career with FC Zenit Saint Petersburg, playing one game in the Russian Cup. He played for Latvian club FC Skonto where he was teammates with fellow TFC defender Raivis Hscanovics before returning to Russia to join PFC Spartak Nalchik in the Russian Premier League and then FC Alania Vladikavkaz in the Russian First Division. He last played with Russian club FC Krasnodar before moving to Canada.
