JUNIOR (2013): Was selected MAAC Defensive Player of the Year and to the NSCAA All-North Atlantic Region First Team and All-ECAC Second Team after playing center back on a defense that limited opponents to a 0.80 goals-against average overall and MAAC foes to just a 0.25 goals-against average… Also earned All-MAAC First Team and All-MAAC Championship Team.

SOPHOMORE (2012): Earned NSCAA All-Region Second Team… Started in all 19 games on the Hawks’ back line in 2012… Scored one goal at Rider (Aug. 31) and helped prevent countless others, playing a part in nine clean sheets… Helped Monmouth post a 0.70 goals-against average, good for seventh nationally.

FRESHMAN (2011): Saw action in 20 of 22 games for the Hawks’ defense, scoring twice … Scored the game-winning goal on a header off a corner kick in the 22nd minute against LIU Brooklyn on Sept. 30 … Put the Hawks ahead on the road at nationally-ranked No. 3 Connecticut in the NCAA Tournament Second Round with a goal in the 26th minute … Contributed to one of the nation’s stingiest defenses, which posted 13 shutouts with a 0.61 goals-against average and .821 save percentage.

BEFORE MONMOUTH: Another defender who played at nearby Freehold Township High School. A varsity starter for the Patriots for all four years, the team captain was named All-Shore, all-county and All-State as a senior. He played for the PDA Academy team, and helped lead the Wolves to the 2010 State Cup Championship. He also participated in 2009 and 2010 for the Region 1 Olympic Development Team.
