Career Summary

Mutually agreed to part ways with Timbers following 2018 season.

Ridgwell returns to Portland for his fifth season. Picking up a couple knocks during 2017 and playing his fewest minutes since coming into the league, the defender is looking to get back into form for 2018.

INTERNATIONAL: Ridgewell rose to the U-21 level with England, making eight caps.

OUTSIDE MLS: Ridgewell had a long, distinguished career in England with Aston Villa, Bournemouth, Birmingham City and West Brom before embarking for MLS. In all, Ridgewell played 11 seasons in the English Premier League and racked up a number of memorable defensive performances.
