Career Summary

Option declined following 2016 season.

A young, Canadian International, Kyle Bekker will hope that 2016 is the year he establishes himself for both Montreal and the Canadian National Team. He has 40 regular season appearances and almost 2,000 MLS minutes logged in his first four years in the league.

COLLEGE: Played four years at Boston College 2009-12… Scored 17 goals and added 22 assists, second in school history, in 80 career games… He was twice named all-Atlantic Coast Conference (2011, 2012) and was named to the ACC's all-freshman team in 2009.

INTERNATIONAL: Bekker has 13 senior caps for Canad. He was a key player for the U-23 team in CONCACAF Olympic qualifying in March 2012. Bekker made his senior debut on Jan. 26, 2013, starting in a 4-0 loss to Denmark in Tucson, Arizona.
