2006: Missed the entire 2006 season while rehabbing from a knee injury that he picked up while on trial with FC Nitra of the Slovakian Corgon Liga.

2005: Appeared in 27 of Vancouver's 30 games, playing 2,118 minutes and tallying one assist. He collected his only assist in a 3-0 win over Minnesota on 8/20. Harmse played all 210 minutes of Vancouver's first round playoff series against Richmond as the Whitecaps were eliminated on penalties following a pair of 0-0 draws. Went on trial with FC Nitra in Slovakia after the completion of the USL season.

2004: Signed with the Vancouver Whitecaps of the USL First Division (then the A League)…played in 12 games, tallying a goal and an assist…he made his debut on 4/30 in a season opening 0-0 draw against Edmonton FC…tallied the game-winning assist in a 2-1 win over Milwaukee on 6/4, assisting on a Steve Kindel goal…scored his first and only goal of the year in second half stoppage time of the regular season finale, a 4-0 win against Milwaukee on 8/27.

2003: Signed with Tromsø Idrettslag of the Norwegian Tippeligaen in March after training with famed clubs Bayern Munich and Benfica.

2002: Was drafted by the Vancouver Whitecaps in the first round of the USL First Division (then A-League) draft (10th overall) but did not sign with the club.

International: Made first appearance with National team in 2008 on 01/30/08 in a friendly against Martinique…came on late in FIFA 2010 WCQ matches against Honduras 10/11/08, Mexico 10/15/08 and Jamaica 11/14/08…joined the Canadian National Team for the 2007 CONCACAF Gold Cup after the 1-0 loss @ COL on 5/26 ... Earned his second career cap, playing all 90 minutes in Canada's 2-2 draw in a friendly @ Venezuela on 6/1 ... Came off the bench in three of Canada's five games at the Gold Cup, playing 31 minutes, before his team was eliminated in the Semifinals by the United States…was called up for their game against Costa Rica on 9/12 but did not play because of right knee injury that also forced him out for an extended time.
