John Boye

John Boye was injured for most of 2013-14 before returning in late February and claiming a starting spot along the backline.

GHANAIAN NATIONAL TEAM

Boye has registered over 20 caps with the Black Stars, six of which came during World Cup qualifying. He scored a goal during qualifying against Lesotho.

CLUB CAREER

After starting his career with the Heart of Lions in Ghana, Boye signed with Rennes in 2009. He has alternated between the first and reserve teams since. In 2012-13 he started 23 games in Ligue 1 for the French side.
