2008: Started in 27 of 28 games played…lead the team in games and minutes played (2,462 minutes)…finished the season with 1 goal and 3 assists…scored lone goal 08/30/08 at Chivas USA…named to 18 man roster for the 2008 MLS All-Star game held in Toronto on 07/15/08, came on as a substitute in the 59th minute for Christian Gomez...Nutrilite Championship: Assisted on Rohan Ricketts goal on 7/22/08 against Montreal at BMO Field.

2007: Started in 27 of 27 games played - the most of any TFC player in the '07 season and finished first in minutes logging 2430 minutes…..captained TFC in first ever game at Chivas April 7, 2007…..scored first career MLS goal 5/26 @ Columbus Crew that strike giving him the "Sierra Mist Goal of the Week" for Week 8 and helped earn the team their first point on the road….the same strike was nominated as a top ten finalist for "Sierra Mist Goal of the Year"….was named to the 2007 MLS All-Star inactive roster on 7/18…at completion of season was named TFC's co-MVP along with Carl Robinson, and also the Defender of the Year.

2006: Joined Southampton of the English Premier League….making 14 appearances…2003-06: Joined Norwich City (League Championship) on a free Bosman transfer in 2003…his first season there he scored twice in 9 games…made 48 appearances overall, much of time there he battled through an abductor muscle injury that hampered his progress.
