HOW ACQUIRED: Signed on March 11, 2011, and then became the third player to sign an MLS contract on October 21, 2011.

Evan Bush had a breakout MLS season in 2015, starting 31 games, after only starting 15 games across his first three MLS seasons. He was a finalist for the 2015 CONCACAF Goalkeeper of the Year award, following an outstanding CONCACAF Champions League Campaign in 2015 that saw him win the CCL Golden Glove award. Won three MLS Save of the Week awards and was nominated for four others over the course of the season.

In 2016, Bush set personal records for games played (33), starts (33), minutes (2,931) and saves (101). He also became the first goalkeeper in Montreal's MLS history to record 25 wins

COLLEGE: Played with the University of Akron Zips, from 2005 to 2008. Named to the NSCAA All-Great Lakes Region and All-Ohio teams in 2008. Was also a three-time All-Mid American Conference first team selection, in addition to being named the 2005 MAC Newcomer of the Year and to the 2005 Freshman All-American team. Finished as the all-time career leader in the MAC with 62 wins, 48 shutouts, and a 0.60 goals-against average.
