Christian Ibeagha

Christian Ibeagha trained in 2011 with FCD and has returned again in 2012 to train with the club. Ibeagha is a tough defender who appeared in 61 collegiate games for the Duke Blue Devils. Although his senior season in 2010 was derailed by a season-ending injury, Ibeagha managed to start in 24 of his final 25 games. In 2009 Ibeagha was a steady contributor to a defense that ended the season with seven total shutouts. Ibeagha had a successful high school soccer career in Oklahoma helping his team to four Oklahoma state titles and two regional finals. He also played as a member of the U-17 U.S. national team.
