Hernandez has registered over 35 caps with the Costa Rican national team with most of those appearances coming more than five years ago.

CLUB CAREER

Hernandez played with Alajuelense from 2001 to 2009 before signing with the Melbourne Victory in 2009. He has been a star in the A-League ever since.
