Real Name: Aaron Maund
HT: 6' 1" WT: 185
Age: 25 (09/19/1990)
Birthplace: Dorchester, MA
Hometown: Dorchester, Mass.

HOW ACQUIRED: Acquired in a trade with Toronto FC on December 3, 2012 in exchange for Justin Braun.

Maund had a breakout season in 2015, turning himself into a regular starter and earning the club’s defensive player of the year honors. His 22 league appearances in 2015 more than tripled his previous high with RSL, and he’ll look to build on that strong tally as he enters 2016 as one of the club’s starting center backs.

INTERNATIONAL: Maund represented both the US and Trinidad and Tobago on the youth levels, making the American roster for the 2009 Under-20 World Cup just two years after he played two games for the Soca Warriors at the 2007 U-17 World Cup.

COLLEGE: Played four years at Notre Dame, making 77 career appearances from 2008-2011. Maund was named to the All-Big East first-team in his senior season of 2011.
