Real Name: Aaron Maund
HT: 6' 1" WT: 185
Age: 26 (09/19/1990)
Birthplace: Dorchester, MA
Hometown: Dorchester, Mass.

HOW ACQUIRED: Maund was re-signed to a new deal with RSL on Dec. 31, 2016 after his contract expired following the 2016 season.

Originally acquired in a trade with Toronto FC before the 2013 season, Maund experienced a breakout season in 2015, turning himself into a regular starter and earning RSL's defensive player of the year honors. And he looked well on his way to building on it in 2016 but his season and budding partnership with fellow center back Justen Glad was cut short after 20 appearances due to a fractured foot.

INTERNATIONAL: Maund represented both the US and Trinidad and Tobago on the youth levels, making the American roster for the 2009 Under-20 World Cup just two years after he played two games for the Soca Warriors at the 2007 Under-17 World Cup.

COLLEGE: Played four years at Notre Dame, making 77 career appearances from 2008-2011. Maund was named to the All-Big East first-team in his senior season of 2011.

NOTES: 12th pick in 2012 SuperDraft.
