Cronin is a veteran holding midfielder in MLS. Having played for three teams in the league, he's a steady presence in the middle of the park and tends to do the dirty work for his team.

INTERNATIONAL: Played two games for the US national team in 2009, including one game at the CONCACAF Gold Cup, and was called up to the annual January training camp in 2011.

OUTSIDE MLS: Played in the Amway Canadian Championship with Toronto FC, winning the Voyageurs Cup in 2009 and 2010. Cronin has also played in the US Open Cup for Colorado and San Jose, and has featured in CONCACAF Champions League play for both Toronto and San Jose.

COLLEGE: Played collegiately at Wake Forest University, was an NSCAA All-American and a finalist for the Hermann trophy his senior season.
