2012: Myers tallied seven assists during the 2012 regular season for a single-season career high, beating his previous mark of one in each of the 2009 and 2011 seasons. Four of Myers’ seven assists this season were game-winners which tied him for sixth in the League with Brad Davis, Patrice Bernier and teammate Kei Kamara at the conclusion of the regular season. Myers appeared in 30 games this season, making 28 starts and tallying 2,538 minutes played.
2011: Recorded two goals in Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup qualifier against New England. Recorded assist in 4-2 win over Toronto FC on July 23rd. 2010: Appeared in half of the clubs games (15) and started 6, but a hamstring injury hindered his performance on the field. Appeared as a second half substitute in 2-1 victory over Manchester United during summer friendly and played the full 90 against Colorado in a U.S. Open Cup play-in match. He graduated from the MLS Generation adidas program at the end of the 2010 season. 2009: Had off-season surgery to repair a deviated septum and broke a toe during the 2009 preseason, limiting his action. Appeared in six games for Kansas City, assisting on Josh Wolff's second goal in team's 4-2 win over New England.
2008: Selected with the 1st overall draft pick in the 2008 MLS SuperDraft. Played in 10 MLS matches (7 starts). Lost a good portion of the season after coming down with mono.
Has been a member of the U-18 and U-20 National Teams and was called into the U-23 camp. Played in the 2006 Milk Cup in Ireland and was a U.S. starter in the 2007 Pan American games.
Played 2 seasons at UCLA, named first-team All-Pac 10 in 2007. Had 4 goals and 4 assists in 42 career games at UCLA.
Played youth soccer for SoCal United (7 years) and for the Pateadores (2 years).
Enjoys golfing, snowboarding, body boarding and watching movies. Majored in biology while at UCLA.
